If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:-Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Mystery bags and boxes are final sale.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Additional Information:
- If you wish to exchange for a different size and that size is unavailable, we’re not able to order new sizes for exchanges. You may however return your original item for a refund, get an in-store credit, or exchange it for something different instead.
- Any shipping fees are covered by the costumer. This includes the shipping fee for returning the product and shipping for the new product.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Most items we do not restock because we are always offering new inventory. If an item is very popular and sells out fast or people are highly requesting it, we may restock. These items will be posted on Facebook when we restock them. You may also request to be notified about it, and we will do our best to let you know! Be sure to fill out the B's Boutique Wish List to let us know what you want to see.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We offer sizes Small through 3XL in most items.

Currently we offer in-store gift certificates only. We are looking into the possibility of adding an online option for gift cards.
